Hi, I'm Roberta "Bobbie" Knox, founder, strategist, U.S. Veteran, and the creator of The Apex Suite powered by Apex OS, a private business ecosystem built for women who are not just dreaming about success, but structuring their lives to sustain it.
I believe ambition is sacred. But ambition without infrastructure is fragile. The Apex exists to bridge that gap.
I spent eight years in the United States Army, where I learned how to lead under pressure, think clearly in uncertainty, and execute when comfort was not an option. That season shaped my relationship with discipline, responsibility, and decision-making and it continues to influence how I build today.
After the military I spent more than a decade working alongside women as they defined their goals, launched companies, rebuilt after setbacks, and stepped into new chapters of leadership. I've built businesses from the ground up. I've released them at their peak. I've started again more than once with more wisdom, more restraint, and a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to build something that lasts. Those experiences led me to create The Apex Suite.
A place where high-achieving women can move from vision into structure. Where goals are designed thoughtfully. Where execution is supported by systems. Where modern tools are used as real infrastructure, and where community is not performative, but practical.
