THE APEX SUITE
A House of Signature Experiences for Women Who Build
We design high performance signature rooms and experiences for women leaders and entrepreneurs who are building at their highest level in business, health, and life. Every gathering is curated to hold leadership, strategy, wellness, and belonging in equal measure, so you never have to choose between your ambition and your well‑being. Every seat is intentional, every detail considered, so it feels less like an event and more like stepping into a house of experiences that was built especially for you.
The Four Pillars

The Performance Room integrates strength training, conditioning, Pilates, yoga, and recovery into one cohesive performance system, led by instructors who know how to push you past your limits.
The Performance Lab builds a tailored plan around your goals and tracks the proof behind your training, from daily energy to signals from your heart, hormones, and immunity.
Our Health Advisory Collective adds expert live and virtual masterclasses on women’s health, so every season of your life has smarter support behind it.

The ongoing broadcast of the house. A podcast and editorial lane with real stories, real data, and the conversations most women have off the record: power, performance, money, your health behind the scenes, mindset, and what it actually costs to lead at this level.

Planners, journals, and curated lifestyle goods that carry the Apex world into your daily life. The quiet luxury of tools that take you seriously.
Meet the
Visionary...
A U.S. Army veteran, founder, and builder of high performance rooms for women, Bobbie Knox is the architect of The Apex Suite, a house of signature experiences for women leaders and entrepreneurs who are building at their highest level.
The Apex Suite is her deliberate investment in the women building now and the next generation who will build next, bringing leadership, business, health, wellness, and belonging into one disciplined world instead of scattering them across separate spaces.
Her foundation was shaped by eight years of military service that instilled what most entrepreneurship programs cannot teach: the discipline to execute under pressure, the ability to think long‑range when everything around you is uncertain, and the standard of holding yourself accountable not to effort, but to outcomes. That standard did not leave when the service ended, it became the infrastructure everything else was built on.
In the years that followed, Bobbie built and scaled businesses, navigated reinvention, and sat alongside women rewriting what leadership looks like at the highest level. Through every chapter, one conviction became impossible to ignore: that the most powerful thing a woman can do is build something that proves what she believes, not just talk about it. That when a woman is taken seriously early, she becomes something the world was not prepared for.
The Apex Suite is that proof. It is the room where women come to think clearer, build stronger, recover smarter, and hold every part of their performance to a higher standard.
This is not a platform. It is a body of work built by a woman who decided that excellence was the only standard worth holding and has refused to lower it since.
